St Valery Flotilla 1940

Do anyone know or has knowledge about a flotilla, assembled in June 1940? About 200 ships of different sizes were in Newhaven for a "Dunkirk style evacuation." Some sailed to St Valery ahead of the surrender on June 10th 1940. It is unclear whether boats sailed to St Valery or not. Grateful for any possible help, especially with the details about the large numbers of fishing boats that took part from Kent. Thank you.
