I came across this photograph recently. My uncle John George (Jack) Staniforth is standing in the centre of the back row next to the goalkeeper. Jack was born on Denton Island in 1908. His parents were Mabel & Ernest. The family lived at Reeds Cottages. Does any one know the other players in the photo.
