Westminster Dredging

The following pictures show a survey vessel from Westminster testing the Harbour for water depth I assume. Perhaps there is a need for a dredger for Newhaven Harbour, this small vessel was going round in circles for quite a while, a strange sight indeed.

Yes, this little craft or one of her sisters is a regular sight, before, during and just after one of our regular visits from the dredger. She checks the depths in the channels and makes sure it's all done correctly.....
