NORTH QUAY FIRE STATION

These photos given by B. Bowles show the WW2 Fire station built on North Quay. The originals show a little more of the sky line including the church. I looks like it was about where the ballast yard was although as there are rail trucks in the background perhaps where Travis Pekins is today. Can anyone confirm the location?
