The unveiling and blessing of the Coastal Forces Plaque at Newhaven Fort on Saturday 28th. November 2009. As would be expected, a typical blustery November day to keep the Standard Bearers on their toes. In attendance we had Rt. Hon The Lord Strathcona and Mount Royal and Lady Strathcona. The Worshipful Mayor of Newhaven Councillor Carla Butler. Rear Admiral Michael Stacey CB., together with the trustees of the Coastal Forces Heritage Trust.
