Another picture of Newhaven Motorcycle club.  Bikes parked outside the meeting hall in East Side. Anyone recognise their bike there?

Any clues as to the date, my older brothers were all bikers and I wondered if they were in this club ?

Anyone who was into 'biking' in the 50's and 60's must remember Harry Woolford who had a motor cycle shop in Newhaven. I remember his shop in Elphick Road then on corner of Vernon Avenue Peacehaven and finally in the very early 70's opposite the Parker Pen building in Railway Road. Excellent engineer and always ready to give advice.

I remember Harry Woolford rebuilding the shredded gearbox of my Royal Enfield GT Continental when he was at Harbour Garage. The Velocette in the photo looks like the one owned by Terry (?) who ran the RAC/ACU training scheme with Bruce Gillett. How many of us learned to ride on those BSA Bantams?
