Was this picture taken before or after the legs of the barge were cut off? I watched them shortening the legs, it was a good piece of engineering.

The picture was taken about 0700, before the ferry arrived. When Colin Greenall was just making a final check before sending his team up to start cutting off the top sections of the legs.
