East Side Rovers FC 1940s/early 50s

In the 40s and early 50s, my Mum, Norah Purcell and her friend Elsie Lyons were closely involved with the club. I have just come across this photo and thought it might be of interest. I have no idea what the event was, and can only name a few of the people shown, maybe someone will be able to fill in the gaps.
