Back Row, Left to Right - Shirley (Hedges?), Jean (Midgeley?), Sandra (Lewis?), Unknown, Mrs. Scott (Teacher), Carol Townsend (Head Girl), Brenda Hubbard, Wendy Buck. Front Row, Left to Right - Mary (Smith?), Elizabeth (?), Susan Sims.
I am unsure about some of the surnames after all these years! 
We had the option to buy a copy of this group photo of us wearing our dresses we made for the exam. Mr. Furner, the Headmaster, took the photo before we left school in July 1959. Note the gloves!

I think that second from left is Jean Manser and fourth from left is Rosemary Moore (but it's a while ago, so I could be wrong!)

I think you're right about Jean Manser and Rosemary but am still unsure about Moore. Thanks John! I think Elizabeth was known as Betty, except by Mrs. Scott, I can still hear her saying 'Elizabeth' now!

You are quite right John, it is me (Jean Manser) in back row and 2nd left in front row is Betty Evans. Nice to see all your names again.

I think 1st left is Shirley Hedges, 3rd left Sandra Lewis, 3rd right Margaret? Low and 5th right Carol Townsend.
