Seen from the footbridge over the railway tracks that leads to East Side beach.

Over to the right can be seen the Sealink harbour offices and 'Shades' (the first and last pub in England, I think they used to call it!). And the car ferry at the right is Normannia, awaiting sale at the time, probably.

When you say 'Shades' are you refering to the old Harbour Tavern ? I spent many an evening there watching the Pirahna in the tank in the bar.
