These are just some of the photos taken at our reunion In July 2008.

We hadn't seen each other since the last one 10 years ago and in some cases for 40 years when some of us left Tideway!

So much to talk about and so little time. We wont leave it another 10 years. We even managed to get 3 of our old teachers to join in the fun.

Third picture down the lady on the left in the white jacket looks like Angie Deakin (Nee Pollard) to me.  She married my husband's nephew Lol Deakin. There are other faces I reconise but don't know the names.

Taff Davies ran some great school holidays over in Dieppe in the 60s, happy memories, loved France ever since. A good PI teacher, with a no-nonsense but friendy way.

G'Day, I went to Newhaven Secondary Modern until December 1965 when we departed for Aus. Bright blue shirt Roy Okines, I'd bet my boots on it.

We held our school reunion on the 7th of October.50 years after leaving.A great night shared between 30 former pupils and 5 former teachers. Mrs Carnochan,Mrs Parkinson, Mr.Davis,Mr Denyer and Mr Adams. We enjoyed it so much we are going to repeat it next year.
