The first photo in this selection was taken around 1981, note the old Denton Island bridge, also there is no Riverside Court.You can just make out the footbridge that was only used for one thing ,birthday banners.
The second photo was taken a few years later, and shows the new Denton Island bridge. Riverside Court has now also been built, there are no traffic lights for North Lane.
The third photo was taken 2008. This photo shows the traffic lights for North Lane. The footbridge was removed in 2005.
The fourth photo is of the Footbridge taken in 2004.
The fifth photo is of the plaque for Denton Island Bridge. I used the plaque to date the first two photos.
Sixth photo was taken from the old footbridge 2002 ,no traffic lights at Bridge street.
